Overseas vs Ireland

Hi everyone, I’m 42 with PCOS and have had one failed implantations after treatment abroad in Prague (Gennet and two in the merrion . I’m now looking into options in Ireland and wondering if anyone has experience or success stories with Waterstone Clinic? I’ve read mixed things — some say Waterstone is supportive with success rates around 20–30% at my age? Wish to use own eggs and sperm .always only seem to get one quality egg after PGT a testing . I’ve also seen some positive stories from Prague, hence why we went there but it truthfully worked out similar cost as clinics in Ireland , with ty last minute in peak summer time. so I’m trying to weigh up whether to stay local or keep going abroad. Any personal experiences or advice would be really appreciated.

@cluelessIVFpatienthave you done a test for microbiome or Immunology? It might be worth chatting to Dr Lyuda at Unqlife to see if there is anything they can help you with. I have just turned 40 and had success with Therapie and I found them great. I have also heard a lot of folks rave and success stories about IVF Life in Alicante.

Seconding this. I had great fertilisation and frozen blasts results with Thérapie Fertility in Dublin (and they have a few satellite clinics too) and they were lovely and we felt well cared for.
