Hi! Congratulations for getting to this point, its such an achievement. Id like to say that you might get side effects from the progesterone your taking as it builds up in your system but if you dont have any symtoms at all, dont be alarmed its completely normal. The transfer itself is pain free, maybe a slight little scratch sensation as the tube goes through but its no worse then getting a cervical screening. For the 2ww id say stay moderately active, keep good blood flow. Keep your mind occupied so you dont drive yourself crazy. Try to eat well but dont go crazy and restrict yourself from everything, your allowed a treat and some take out, its not going to do any harm. Well balanced diet is good enough. In my personal experience if you dont keep yourself busy then the days can feel as though they are dragging on and then your mind starts to wonder. I have other children so in my 2ww i like to take them out and do things with them and try to keep everything as normal as possible. We do library days, out for lunch, play at a park, they also have their sports. I also try to do lots of reading to keep my mind occupied on other things, I catch up on documentaries I havnt gotten to watch, I also like watching other people's success videos on YouTube and this keeps me positive for my own success. I wish you all the best of luck on your journey.

Thank you Miraclemumma03 I’m excited to get started. the TTW wait is the worst I will definitely keep myself busy and try not to drive myself crazy and definitely not to symptom spot either as iv done that in the past.
