I only have a day 6 4aa embryo left on ice. I just had a failed day 5 4ab transfer. Looking at doing my final transfer in september with the day 6 embryo and im not feeling very positive. My FS says there are no real differences from day 5 to day 6 and that the embryo is a good grade. Im looking for some positive feedback or positive day 6 transfers that resulted in a pregnancy/full term baby. Id like to try boost my mood in the lead up to the transfer.

With a top grade 4AA day 6 has a great chance, I had a quick look at various things and your day 6 4AA looks like better chances than a day 5 4AB. The reason day 6s have lower success rates is because they are generally lower quality (not your case!) and if fresh there can be uterine timing issues which is resolved by FET.

Wishing you all the best x

Mine was a day 6- currently 10 weeks pregnant not sure in grade as my clinic just grades top, good and average. But mine was good 😊 so fingers crossed for a live birth as still early days 🤞🙏🏻

@TheFanciestPants thank you for this. I also did some google searches and watched a few videos on YouTube and they pretty much said the exact same thing you said so it lifted my spirits alot.

@Hopeloveandkindness wow! Congratulations. Thats great news. Thank you for commenting.
