Can someone please tell me how you conceived after so long of trying, and what helped you conceive naturally or through ivf, Any advice would be so appreciated mamas 🥹

Hi, I did some research and decided to switch clinics. Not conceived yet, but if your partner is male, test him too! And possibly more than the basic semen analysis. Get him checked for varicocele, and if he has one, get a sperm dna fragmentation test done and possibly any embolisation. MFI is the cause of some 50% of infertility.
