FSH levels should I be worried?

I have been trying to conceive for 10 months now so had my first round of day 3 bloods (taken on day 2 don’t know if that makes a difference) everything came back fine except my FSH was 9.2. The normal range provided by the lab for follicular phase is 3-9 although online it says anything under 10 is ok. I’m 27 so worried this is a bit high for my age?

My AMH is good at 43.70 and my ultrasound showed 14 follicles on each ovary.

Freaking myself out about this so any advice much appreciated.

Your FSH is high for your age but your AMH is very high. I don't think the former will be stopping you from conceiving if you are ovulating every month.

Hmm with a high FSH and fairly high AMH it may show your body is really trying to ovulate and having a high egg count could possibly suggest PCOS. Having so many folicles the body then struggles to supply enough hormones to actually ovulate. Are you ovulating? Do you check your BBT? Have you had progesterone checked a week after suspected ovulation?

Sorry I have only just come back to this. Yes pretty sure I’m ovulating, my BBT confirms each month and I have had 7dpo progesterone tests the last 2 cycles one came back at 45 and the other at 39, I believe anything over 30 confirms ovulation. Cycles are regular too. I was told 14 follicles on each ovary was normal and GP has never mentioned PCOS being a possibility. I’m confused as everything I read online says high amh and high fsh suggest opposite things so it’s not usual to have both high.
