2 dominant follicles - do I cancel cycle or go ahead?

I am on an NHS funded cycle. My amh is 5, age39. I started with 11 follicles but on day 12 stims only 2 are dominant (20mm and 17mm) I have about 6 others but they are all around 8mm. Do I cancel cycle or go ahead? I’m doing ICSI. The other complication is my lining went from 7mm to 4.5mm due to random bleeding (not sure why as hormone levels are okay) so I may need to freeze the embryos if get any. Under a huge amount of stress this month due to a family emergency and wondering if they could be why this cycle has gone awry. Wondering whether to cancel or just go ahead and see what I get considering I’ve taken all this medication. Advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Have you checked whether this will count as a funded round if you cancel? For my clinic, it counted as a funded round from the minute you start your medication.

From my limited experience, your follicles can grow quite a bit so I wouldn’t write it off just yet. Good luck!

I checked and I have to go ahead regardless so let’s hope I get some eggs! Thanks
