Hello, after having 22 eggs retrieved 14 fertilised, 4 blastocysts making it to day 6, I have got the PGT results back and I have one embryo that has come back normal. I can only afford one round of IVF (no insurance) so this is my only chance... please give me any tips, help or suggestions to make this embryo transfer successful. It will take place the beginning of September. Thank you so much.

IVF is such a challenging time
I tried to remind myself that in a normal cycle, you'd only get one egg so your chance of conceiving was the same as anyone else.
We could only afford one cycle and had a successful ivf/icsi. We had endometrial scratch before implantation. After implantation, I had a week off work- 1st day was just rest, then went for a weekend away- gentle walks, fresh air, feet up to watch a movie at night and plenty of sleep.
I hope you get your miracle and wish you all the best xx

Hi, sending you big hugs. I had 3 rounds of IVF with very low levels of egg retrieved (3 round 1, 4 round 2 and 5 round 3). The only difference in round 3, as it was our final try, was we paid for the glue at transfer. Who knows if this made the difference, but we now have a happy healthy 8 year old following that final go. Good luck ❤️

I ate really well, super healthy food and in abundance. I wasn’t dieting, just clean food. No fast food etc. I did a lot of walking, had my headphones in relaxing etc just concentrated on myself and keeping my mental health in check. We had done a transfer a couple of months before and it didn’t work and I was devastated, so the second time I focused on myself more. We also did a weekend away local to a different town and it was lovely to take my mind off testing! In fact I didn’t even test the second time, I waited 15 days until the blood beta test at the clinic! I was very much in a ‘what will be, will be’ mindset at the time (which is sooo NOT me!) and it worked! My baby girl is now nearly 3 months old 🩷
Wishing you the very best of luck OP! 🍀🍀

I had success with the only euploid embryo from my first round of IVF (I had 21 eggs collected and four blastocysts so quite similar to you). Other than following all advice from your clinic (which I’m sure you would anyway!) I would try and make sure you do/ don’t do whatever you’re not going to regret in the future e.g. I drank beetroot and pomegranate juice to try and thicken the lining and ate Brazil nuts and pineapple core to try and support implantation even though I knew there wasn’t any/ much evidence any of them would help, just because I didn’t want to regret not doing them if it didn’t work.

Thank you!!
The only advice my clinic has given is carry on taking the multivitamins with folic acid.
But yes, I have read about Brazil nuts, pomegranate juice and agree, it is worth a shot!!!
Congratulations on your pregnancy :)
