Places to start - cutting caffeine, looking at taking more antioxidants into diet such as berries, trying to reduce stress, looking at cosmetics and removing endocrine disruptors x

Coq-10/Ubiquinol
DHEA
really good multi vitamins
low carb diet
no caffeine
no booze
no micro plastics

I took Ubiquinol 600mg a day. DHEA you can also take but get your levels checked first. Mine was well within range so my consultant advised against it. I also took pregnacare conception vitamins. The rest is usual lifestyle changes to be healthier in general as much as possible (good diet, regular exercise, good sleep etc). I would say that you do need to look after your mental health as well so I did allow myself an occasional cocktail/glass of wine every now and then to destress. Good luck OP.

In some cases, egg quality can be improved, but unfortunately, not always. I agree with the previous posters and would also recommend the book It Starts with the Egg—in my opinion, it's one of the best resources, covering all aspects of lifestyle and fertility.
Another great source is MyIVFAnswers, which offers a variety of webinars featuring both conventional doctors and specialists in areas like acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other complementary approaches.
