Hi all! Just wondering if anyone has been in this position and had IVF/got pregnant. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had regular 25 day cycles no pain since coming off progesterone depo injection a year and a half ago but have only been TTC for 6 months.
My cycles have been longer on the months we tried to conceive weirdly.
already doing acupuncture once a month, l arginine coq10 and multivitamin.
however I have been taking mounjaro which I am stopping immediately
