PRP treatment for POI

Hiya,

Has anybody thats been diagnosed with POI, premature ovarian insufficiency had the Ovarian PRP treatment?

If so could you please share your experience

What is the PRP treatment? I have POI but havent heard of any special treatment for it beyond HRT.
