I am hoping someone out there has been in a similar situation to me and can share some insight into what they did. I have been trying to conceive for a number of years, and have never had a positive pregnancy test. I have outlined the last few years below, as you can see we have had extensive testing through IVF, but I still got a negative pregnancy test this morning after our 4th FET.
February to August 2023- Letrozole to treat mild PCOS.
September 2023- Egg collection. 5 fertilised eggs, 2A, 1B, 2C
December 2023- Cancelled FET. Lining did not reach 7mm.
January 2024- 1st FET, medicated cycle, failed.
February 2024- Laparoscopy for endometriosis. Detected minimal endo, the doctor said it barely registers on the scale, they removed what the could find.
March 2024- Hysteroscopy – all came back normal, no issues with uterine cavity.
April 2024- 2nd FET, natural cycle, failed.
June 2024- Emma, ERA, Alice Test
July 2024- Cancelled FET, Lining not thick enough
August- December 2024- Blood clotting blood tests, all normal. DNA fragmentation tests, results normal. Chromosome tests for myself and husband- all normal.
December 2024- 3rd FET, transferred two embryos, Medicated, Failed.
January 2024- moved clinic to CRGH clinic.
February 2024- Egg collection and PGTA testing. 4 Euploid embryos, all B grade.
April 2024- NK Cell tests and biopsy. One gene not normal, added lipid infusion drip and neupogen wash to protocol.
June 2024- 4th FET. Medicated, failed.
Other details
AMH- 20.3
Antrafollicle count- 26
Hycosy- normal
All hormone tests normal.
Blood clotting factors all normal (antiphospholipid screening)
Sperm and DNA fragmentation normal.
BMI normal, PCOS is controlled.
Thyroid, blood counts are normal.
Why is this happening? What do I do next?
