Ooh yes I did a couple of years ago! What are you wondering? This time I’ve got the cyclogest instead.

It was easy to insert, I think it was like a tampon applicator but be warned it’s a bit messy coming out, definitely use some kind of plastic backed panty liner. It looked like dark sand suspended in a gel.

It was fine but I prefer the pessaries (which are also a bit messy coming out to be fair).

Yes my clinic puts me on crinone pessaries. Its an easy insertion, just insert the stick and squeeze the end and remove, but you have to sit down for 20mins and its messy as the excess oils come out. Also after a few days use then clumps will come out and it comes out darker coloured or brown, can look like spotting mixed with clumps and discharge but I assure you your not bleeding though long term use can actually cause irritation which can cause spotting

I didn’t bother lying down after taking them. I read somewhere you don’t need to. I didn’t have time I’d be rushing out the door to work. They are very easy once you get used to it. Sometimes you have to press them a few times to make sure it all comes out.

@worldwidetravel2017 yes it was (so far) I’m now heavily pregnant waiting to give birth. I was on the progesterone injections too. The crinone gel comes out in gross clumps like paper mache just to warn you . And in weird colours from brown to beige to orange for me.
