Follicle in medicated fet?

Has anyone been in this situation?
Had prostap on cd21, period started last Wednesday and finished yesterday. 1st scan today, lining is fine but there's a follicle on my left ovary. Nurse was very dismissive when I was asking questions and seemed to think it won't cancel the cycle but I've read differently.

Plan going forward... bloods taken to see if the follicle is producing estrogen, if so then she said I may have to have some medication. My issue is, I've got a cyst on my right side producing estrogen so either way my estrogen will be high and I can't understand how they will decide if the follicle is producing any. I asked about this and again she was dismissive and told me to mention it to whoever calls tomorrow with my blood results. I've waited almost 6 years to get here and had my fresh cancelled thanks to ohss so I'm panicking now this is also going to be cancelled 😩

Have you got baseline blood work for your oestrogen? Maybe they can compare baseline with your new bloods and if it comes in higher the it could suggest the follicle is also producing oestrogen.

The only time oestrogen was checked was in January before stims and it was at 11000 so they delayed stims. I started In march but they didn't check oestrogen that time. It was checked again on the day of egg collection and was at 21900, it hasn't been checked since until Monday just gone. I was meant to get the results yesterday so I could start progynova if I got the go ahead, but they called to say results delayed until today and will be fine with the delay as I've had prostap 3.5 weeks ago
