Had my FET 9/6/25 at 3pm. I had intralipid infusion, prednisone, Lubion, Cyclogest and Progynova.

I am 5dp6dt and BFN. Bloody gutted. I had some cramps and twitches 3dp6dt and leg cramping 4dp6dt which is the reason I tested today. I’ve had no other symptoms, not even from the meds. No sore boobs, nada.

In past cycles, successful and unsuccessful I’ve had sore boobs, maybe this was the ovidrel as it contains hCG?

I am really struggling with the fact this will not be my time. My OTD is 7dp6dt so maybe my clinic aren’t even hopeful as it’s so soon.

Wow thats really early for OTD. Im sorry you have had a negative. I hope at 7dp you will get a positive.

7dp OTD does feel short though i guess the timing is 2 weeks past ovulation. If it’s a day 6 embryo then 14-6 =8 so 7 is about there.

It’s not over until they say it is … I have a friend who felt nothing at all during their pregnancy. Right now there’s not much you can do. Be kind to yourself . I’ve just had a failed FET with my last embryos from this round so appreciate it’s tough. Fingers crossed for you.

I think 5dp6dt is still a little early - it would be worth checking on day 7. Sending you hugs as know this is a stressful time x

I did a first response early detection test this morning it detects a low hCG of 6. It was negativo 🙅‍♂️ absolutely crushing. We have one early blast saved from a 2020 cycle. It’ll be our super last chance. Hopefully that’ll be our happy ending.

I missed a dose of Cyclogest being at a birthday party all day and my goodness, I feel like my period is about to start any moment now.

Hi OP, I think usually you know in your gut. I did on my unsuccessful rounds, however I’m here to tell you I was BFN 5dp5dt and got a BFP on day 7. Got everything crossed for you x

How did you go?

@Miraclemuma03 Not great. BFN but sort of knew from the transfer. It just didn’t feel right. Doctor wants to start me on DHEA for a few months before starting stims for a final egg collection in September. I’ve started Zita west fertility pack. Fingers crossed I guess!

Sorry your FET didn’t work @PeacockMonster :( That’s so hard! I hope your next try is successful.

Can I ask about your protocol? Why did you need intralipids and steroids and how long did you take them for?

@BreakfastOats i did a frozen transfer. So Progynova ti start, then added Cyclogest and had intralipids the several days before transfer and the day of transfer and then steroids. I think they were just trying to make it happen.

steroids were for a few days before cannot remember exact. I also had frymadel to prevent immature rise of progesterone as cycle prior it was too high for transfer. This time around us was 26 so below the threshold. Just gutted really and I hope I get some reasonable eggs / embryos next cycle.
