Me again! So this is my 3rd medicated FET and I am feeling really rough on meds this time. I don't remember it being like that before. I have relentless headache. Not bad to stop all activities but really I just want to lay down and do nothing. A bit of nausea in afternoons too. Can anyone relate?

The headaches been going on for 2 weeks now!!

Some nausea and mild headache but primary symptoms are mental!!! Anxiety, weepy. Feel like I've had bad PMS for a week.

I underwent fully medicated IVF cycle - 3 x 2mg Elleste Solo daily and 2 x Cyclocest pessaries daily. I have felt pretty rotten since I started the medication to be honest. Our first IVF cycle has been successful, thank goodness, as I don’t know how anyone goes through this more than once - and this is your 3rd. You’re super women! I was diagnosed with hyperemesis from 5 weeks pregnant and I was told that the hormones taken in medicated IVF cycles definitely makes things like nausea much worse. I never felt like awful when I fell pregnant naturally with my daughter. Fortunately my boss has allowed me to work from home for the past 6 weeks although I can only use the computer for 20 minutes at a time before the nausea gets too much. I’ve been prescribed Xoneva which helps a bit but otherwise I’d recommend as much rest as possible and ice lollies (I find lemonade ice lollies work the best for the nausea). A specialist nurse I spoke to recommended them and it’s the only way I’ve been able to get enough fluids to keep me out of hospital. I also suffered from awful headaches but fortunately they are much better now that my medication’s been reduced. I’m due to stop all meds tomorrow 🙌 I really hope you start to feel better soon and that this time everything works out 💪
