Hi, if anyone has had this test how long did it take for your results to come back? Thanks

Hi, I haven't done it but there's a long running thread on EMMA/ALICE/ ERA, the posters are very knowledgeable and helpful. You might want to check that out.

Oh really that’s quick, hope mines that fast but they said it gets sent off to Spain for testing. If it’s under 2 weeks and normal I can do a July FET so really hoping it’s quick. Did you have yours done in the UK? Thanks

I just checked to be sure as I had it done back in January... it was actually 14 days from date of biopsy to the clinic calling me with the results. The biopsy was done at my clinic in the UK but I think they also sent it abroad for testing (can't recall if it was Spain though).

Ok still not too bad though - I think they probably all go to the same place as it looks like there’s one main company that does the tests. Thanks!

Hey! Sorry to jump on did your clinic advise you to do these tests? My clinic don't do any extra testing and I am potentially thinking about going to a clinic just to get these tests done. Not sure if anyone has any advice on this x

They did yes but I’ve had 2 failed transfers of good embryos (the second was PGT A tested). It’s an expensive test without a huge amount of evidence it helps though.

I've had 4 failed transfers, 3 best quality but not PGT-A tested as my clinic don't do that either. Yeah it's hard to know what is best to do as everything costs a lot of money and there is not a lot of evidence for a lot of the additional testing x

Yeh it’s really hard as there’s so much testing you can do as well. Maybe think about getting a second opinion from another clinic that offer extra testing at this point? So sorry to hear about your failed transfers x

Thank you, I'm sorry to hear about your failed transfers too! Yes that's what we are thinking x
