Bit of history, had 3 losses (x1 6 weeks and x2 chemical pregnancies) last year before fertility testing.
I am 32 with low amh (5.1pmol), no other issues noted and husband SA is all normal.
My fertility clinic agreed for ivf referral which is likely end of the year however in the meantime could try IUI with stimulated ovulation.
went for our baseline scan today and were told we can’t go ahead with it due to a ‘leftover follicle’ measuring 1.46 (cm I’m assuming or 14.6mm) on cycle day 5. They had said everything needs to be lower than 11 or 1.1.
im just so curious why am I having leftover follicles, should I be pushing for more investigation instead of just watch and wait until next cycle to see if this remains.
any help or experience of leftover follicles from a natural cycle (as this was just my normal) and how this impact me
