Get on your prenatals if you're not already on them. I drank a concoction of beetroot juice, ginger and watermelon because I read it helps with implantation and did acupuncture right before and after. Of course, can't say that any of these things helped but we did get a sticky embryo.

All the best of luck!

I have down regulation first
Then transfer etc

( my treatment was long protocol - i had to down reg before egg coll , and will again before fet )

They were happy with my endometrium during scans before egg coll. But my ohss risk was high - hence only frozen transfers etc. And we did pgta testing ( glad we did as many embryos = abnormal )

I also did long down regulation protocol and a frozen transfer. I also read that statistically FETs seem to have a higher chance of working!

My transfers that worked were the ones that I was really busy day of transfer and after the transfer and had a lot on that week. I honestly think keeping good blood flow and staying active really helps. Good luck with your upcoming transfer

During the first part of ivf - b4 egg coll - they liked how my endometrium was etc

Im eating lotsa iron rich foods
And vit c foods daily...

Got a little while of down reg first

Given my age and history - il be needing a lot of progesterone ( injected into my andomen and vaginally)

I dont feel its spoken about enough how progesterone decreases in over 35s
