Hello, can anyone offer any advice ….

Solgar CoQ-10 200mg 30 Vegi Capsules are £71

However

Holland & Barrett Super Strength Co-Q10 200mg 30 Capsules are £35

Tried looking at ingredients but still a bit confused, want to give it my best shot but not sure if it’s worth paying for the more expensive ones??

Zipvit online do co q10 120 mg and 200mg. You can message them and ask about them.ive found them to be good quality with all their products . I take the 120mg,

@Crudd99 thank you - I’ve been advised to take 600mg, will have a look into your suggestion ☺️

I take the boots ones or the holland&barret depending on which ones are on sale when I need them (they often have 3 for 2 offers). Sometimes it is less expensive to buy the 100mg, it just means taking more of them!

As long as they are bought from a real shop in the UK, there is not much difference.

Be careful with Amazon, the reason it is cheaper there is that a lot of the pills are dodgy. This is the latest report I found but Google with have more: https://www.nowfoods.com/healthy-living/articles/now-tests-coq10-quercetin-sold-amazon

The only other thing to note is, CoQ10 and ubiquinone are the same. There is also ubiquinol, which is the active form (and horrendously expensive). 600mg CoQ10 = 300mg ubiquinol.

I just get the Holland & Barrett ones. They're usually on some kind of buy one get one free/ three for two deal. Doublecheck the 100g ones aren't cheaper per gram when you purchase - they were for me last time so I just take two at a time.

I have just bought 12 bottles of boots Co-Q10 on offer 😅. Both my husband and I are taking them so we go through a lot of capsules.

I also spent ages researching OP, only to realise I was taking the Ubiquinone and apparently your body can absorb ubiquinol alot better.

I have been taking one from Amazon.. Liposamol brand... normally it's £20 which is expensive but I only take 1 tablet a day rather than the recommended 2 a day. Each one is 300mg.
