Interesting.

I have a DS with my wife. I’ve been to two separate hairdressers at different places over the past couple of years, first time ever meeting them, get into chit chat and mention wife & son. BOTH times I was asked how we conceived.
Is it just me or is that so deeply personal to ask the manner in which you conceived your child?? Especially within the first 30 minutes of meeting someone, sat in a busy hairdressers.

I do agree that people need to be more considerate.

@mumtrovert yes and everybody has an opinion. I have only told a handful of close friends, but one friend told me ‘don’t worry, you have a strong marriage’ - I was like WTF.
it is deeply personal and you are right. You don’t ask cancer patients how they got cancer.
so many people go through this, but it is funny how so many people know so little, have so may opinions and out their foot in it.

I didn’t tell a soul I was doing ivf not even my own family. I couldn’t hack it if people were making comments like this. The comments from people in general are so annoying regarding reproductive choices (when are you going to try etc)

@TheIceBear 100% people are just not self aware.
