Disneyland- rides ro avoid?

I'm going to Disneyland with my sister and her children. I'm currently awaiting the results of my transfer, the blood test is next week. I'll avoid the rollercaoasters, but do I have to avoid every ride?

I think if you download the Disney app for where you're going, you can see on the ride if you've not advised to ride if pregnant.
