Hi guys,
I wondered if anybody could help interpret my recent pelvic ultrasound scan.
I have booked an appointment with my GP but cannot be seen until next week.
I have a history of infertility and have been trying to convince for 5 years with one chemical pregnancy last August.
I also had a cyst torsion removed via laparoscopy in 2015.
since then they found another cyst in January confirmed as a dermoid and was told this should not inhibit my ability to conceive. On the first scan everything was normal apart from the cyst found.
On this repeat scan there is some terminology I am not aware of such as having an heterogeneous endometrium and some blood found in the cavity.
I just wondered if anyone had any further insight on what this could mean and whether any of this could be effecting my fertility.
I have also have a hycosy last year which was clear and other blood tests etc which sometimes shows low pregosterone and an AMH of 7.2 last year.
any further insight would be appreciated- part of me is hoping a problem is finally found that could be effecting my fertility so at least I can start looking into treatment options.
thanks 🙏🏼
