Help interpreting transvaginal ultrasound results

Hi guys,

I wondered if anybody could help interpret my recent pelvic ultrasound scan.

I have booked an appointment with my GP but cannot be seen until next week.

I have a history of infertility and have been trying to convince for 5 years with one chemical pregnancy last August.

I also had a cyst torsion removed via laparoscopy in 2015.

since then they found another cyst in January confirmed as a dermoid and was told this should not inhibit my ability to conceive. On the first scan everything was normal apart from the cyst found.

On this repeat scan there is some terminology I am not aware of such as having an heterogeneous endometrium and some blood found in the cavity.

I just wondered if anyone had any further insight on what this could mean and whether any of this could be effecting my fertility.

I have also have a hycosy last year which was clear and other blood tests etc which sometimes shows low pregosterone and an AMH of 7.2 last year.

any further insight would be appreciated- part of me is hoping a problem is finally found that could be effecting my fertility so at least I can start looking into treatment options.

thanks 🙏🏼

Not an expert but when did you have the scan?

I'm presuming the blood mentioned is due to your period starting on the 11th that's why it says the blood content is consistent with cycle day x

I had the scan on Thursday just gone 15/05. I thought so too although my period had ended maybe there was still old blood left over. I’m wondering more about the heterogenous endometrium which was showing as normal on my first scan but when googling it says uneven or abnormal endometrium but not sure on what it all means.

thanks for your response !
