I had embryo transfer on Tuesday. I accidentally was taking cyclogest 200mg twice a day instead for 400mg twice a day plus lubion for the 4 days prior and only realised day after transfer.
My levels were 45ng/ml on Friday, 89 day before transfer and 81 on day of transfer. These were all done 2 hours after my dose in the morning.
Day after transfer it was 30ng/ml 5 hours after my dose. We were told to do a trough level before the morning dose today and it was 15. I had increased the cyclogest back to 400mg since last night.
The clinic feel no harm has been done.
Has this happened to anyone else and success stories please?
