Embryo transfer day-sudden movement

I'm having a little freak out. Just 2 hours ago had an embryo transfer. Got train home as in town and as train pulled into station it braked suddenly and I was thrown and had to steady myself and therefore tensed up!
I'm now worried I've done something
..urgh

I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry. I had a similar freak out because also two hours after transfer, I was desperate for the bathroom and ran from the cab to my house. The momentary (and involuntary) stomach clenching is unlikely to have done anything - remember that embryos implant 'in the wild' all the time with people being far more active.

Good luck with the transfer, fingers crossed the little embryo is getting cosy!

Please don’t stress. I did, a lot about similar things but that embryo is so cushioned there’s pretty much nothing you can do which will affect things. X

Thanks so much, I think combination of hormones and just good old fashioned worry has contributed. Really appreciate you taking the time to comment ❤️

An analogy my doctor used is the embryo is like a grain of sand in a peanut butter sandwich once it’s in there - difficult to shift!
