Adverse reaction to COQ10

I decided to try COQ10 as I wait for my FET. When I took it, I got a strange pain in my head and my skin has become very itchy. Has anyone else had a reaction to it?

I've been taking it maybe 6 months and not noticed any side effects.

@HM2024thanks for this. I haven’t taken it today and taken my other supplements and no issues. I think it might not agree with me so going to hold on it until I talk to my consultant. The headaches and itchy skin seem to be side effects that some folks get
