Frozen embryo transfer may 2025

We had our first embryo transfer yesterday and everything went really well. I'm now sitting at home on day 1 feeling exhausted and a little crampy wondering if this is all positive signs for implantation.
Also feeling a bit overwhelmed by it all ,looking back on the journey we have been through to get here. Also feeling a little bit scared. I think this 2 weeks until testing to see if it all worked is going to be crazy.
Does anyone else want to share how they were feeling after their transfer?

Totally natural to be feeling overwhelmed and scared!

I’ve had both and successful and unsuccessful transfers and I don’t really think symptoms mean anything this early. Saying that, I will hopefully be having another FET this month and I am sure I’ll be symptom spotting too!

Easier said than done but just try to take lots of care of yourself over the next couple of weeks, do things you enjoy and do not be hard on yourself. There is nothing you can do now that will affect the outcome.
