Month before treatment do’s/dont’s

We’re starting our first round of treatment next month due to MFI and I was wondering if there’s anything I should be doing the month before? Or anything I shouldn’t be doing?

I’ve been taking supplements since December and I’m also on thyroxine for my TSH levels. I’ve cut out caffeine and alcohol. My BMI is 30 so I’m hoping to keep that at bay (we are private). I was thinking acupuncture? If I was to have pomegranate juice and Brazil nuts when do I start them? Or I see people post about electrolytes?

Throw anything at me 😂

My advice is not to make any drastic changes to your lifestyle the month before starting treatment. Any changes should be done 3 months or longer before treatment as it takes up to 3 months to make changes and to settle any stress in the body after making changes, also most supplements take 3 months to start working so its good you got on to them in december. What you have done already is great and keep that up. Stay active and eat well also, keep up your nutrition and keep blood flowing.
