Egg retrieval depression help

Hello, I'm 3 days post egg retrieval. I just flew home to my family and have been so depressed today I can't stop crying... finding it very hard to care for my kids.. I was just crying and also just vomited... Idk what's going on but has anyone else experienced this?

I'm so sorry your feeling this way. Could be the rapid decrease of hormones from stopping meds and then retrieval. Is there someone who can take care of the kids for you while you get some rest?

Thank you @miraclemuma03 . My partner took the kids the whole week while I was staying near the clinic so have to suck it up.. hoping it will pass soon though. Thankyou so much for your reply 🙏❤️

That sounds really tough @gratefulmuma. IVF is such an intense experience and the hormones are crazy from all the drugs. Just try and be as gentle with yourself as you possibly can. Wishing you all the best.
