Consultation after transvaginal ultrasound

I have a consultation tomorrow morning following a transvaginal ultrasound last week. The nurse mentioned I had some fibroids and that the results will be more fully explained at the consultation. I got a high range for the AM test. Just wondering what kind of questions I should ask at the consultation? If anyone has any insights please. Paying for it so keen to get the most out of it! Aged 38 so definitely on the older side of the journey

What does high range for the AM test mean?

Ask for the size and exact location of each fibroid - inside the uterus (submucosal), in the wall of the uterus (intramural) or on the outside (subserosal). And whether anterior or posterior.

Thank you for the quick response. The consultation went well and asked those questions. Sorry I meant to type AMH, the egg reserve count test. Was pleased to hear it is in the high high range for age. The consultant did recommend IVF over IUI, the IUI success rate was far lower than I had expected. IVF hadn’t really been my plan mainly due to costs and being more invasive, I really like the simplicity of IUI but I’m going to have to do some thinking over what option to go for. Will also need the hydrocosy for IUI to check tubes. I know there’s a lot of good info on here so will navigate to recent threads.
