We're on 23 months trying for DC 2 😩.
DH has low sperm count, diagnosed when we were ttc with DD which took 14 months.
I can't find anything specific about when to dtd to optimise our chances. I know we shouldn't do it every day because the sperm needs time to mature. We tend to do it every other day but then always the day before ovulation, day of ovulation and the day after because that's what we did the month I fell pregnant with DD.
Does anyone have any advice on timings?
I have to track ovulation because it varies between cd14-cd17 but recently it's been cd20/21, and we are using the fert-lilly cup as well. It worked first time I used it last time but nothing has worked this time. I'm already 40 so we are running out of time and my cycles seem to be lengthening.
