Ovulation induction no dominant follicle

Hi all,

I’m on my second cycle of ovulation induction the first one worked but ended in a chemical pregnancy. Im on my second cycle of letrozole with trigger shot and had my follicle tracking today. There was no dominant follicle and both ovaries were pco. I have pcos so that wasn’t surprising but i did hope that like last time I’d have a dominant follicle. I am on cycle day 8 and I am holding on to hope that one might appear at the next scan. My next scan is for cycle day 15.
But i as am also worrying that this is a failed cycle with no ovulation. Does anyone have any experience on this, did anyone get a dominant follicle later on?

I'm considering ovulation induction/monitored cycle as our next stage so curious to learn more. How have you found it?

Are you getting progesterone after ovulation?

yes! I went in for another scan on Monday and there was Dominant follicle measuring just right!
I have had my trigger shot yesterday and now just waiting for ovulation and then two week wait.
And yes I am on progesterone as of friday
really hoping for the best this time round.
