Microbiome test - high Atopobium vaginae

Hi all, I've just done an Invivo microbiome test, I did one previously in December and had no bad bacteria but this time have an elevated pH (over 5) and high levels of Atopobium vaginae and some gardnerella, but quite low. I do also have Lactobacillus, lower than before but I have high levels of gasseri and jensenii.

I'm freaking out about what it all means and really annoyed the practitioner I arranged this through has just sent this on without much explanation of what it means/what to do. I'll try and speak to my IVF consultant soon but wondered if anyone has had experience of this?

I understand Atopobium vaginae is to do with BV. I've never knowingly had this and have no symptoms

I had a failed FET in feb/march and had wanted to try for another soon but I expect this will be yet another spanner in the works

I don’t gave exact experience related to your results, but I also did an invivo test and had opportunistic bacteria (BV) and levels of urea plasma. I sent to my consultant and he recommended a course of antibiotics for myself and my partner, and internal vaginal probiotic pessaries (biocare). I also took invivo bio femme oral probiotics. Repeated the test a few months later- all clear, and nothing suss!
