I'm with the Evewell at Harley St. It's my first cycle with them (but fourth in total) and so far I have been impressed but it's early days as I'm still on stims. It does seem more tailored than the other clinics I have been with and the service has been pretty good so far although I do feel there was a bit of pushing/upselling to begin with. Other ones in London that are recommended a lot that we also considered are the Lister, ARGC (but this is quite intense and bootcamp style from what I understand and people seem to either love it or hate it - but there's no denying they get good results) and CRGH. None of them are cheap!

Thank you
good luck on your journey 🤞🏻

You too! 😊

Hiya - I went with Create Fertility, the clinic is in St Paul's for egg collection and embryo transfer. For routine scans, they had a base in Loughton which is near me. Unfortunately I never got to embryo transfer but the team are really great x

NightingaleK · 24/04/2025 22:34

@FancyGoose which ones have you used before?
PS Lister depends on the location. personally, I wouldn’t recommend Lister at Chelsea Bridge

FancyGoose · 25/04/2025 07:34

@NightingaleK I used ABC at St Paul's but I wouldn't recommend them (plus they have some fairly strict criteria for patients so I'm not sure if OP would qualify with her AMH) and the Agora in Brighton as that was my NHS clinic.

I’m using create at the moment and would say they’ve been okay for the treatment but avoid if you want quick results at the moment they’re absolutely oversubscribed but don’t let you know this till you’re in their system.

we’ve just found our transfer will now delayed several months due to a consultant not having any availability until the summer, which wasn’t disclosed to us despite me asking about waiting times since February when I learned I’d need an additional procedure. Really frustrating when paying thousands to go privately to end up on a waiting list again. You might be find if your treatment is straightforward but otherwise you might want to look elsewhere

Hi OP, I was in the same position with v low ovarian reserve. We went to Create clinic in London too as they specialise in low amh. But be wary as they overestimate your odds, telling us they could help but after a couple of abandoned cycles due to poor response we left that clinic and switched to LWC who partner with an Egg Bank for a donor cycle.

My advice would be to ask about % of success with your diagnoses and think carefully before throwing money into it. I am several £k in and still no success and wish I'd switched to trying with donor eggs sooner. It's alot to get your head round so do your research before jumping in.

@Nic8989 also just been told I have really low Amh for my age last week, which came as a massive shock. Mine was 0.4pmol or 0.05 ng so really low! I’ve been looking into and considering whether it’s worth giving ivf a shot or whether I’d literally be just throwing money away. So hard to decide!

Nic8989 · 08/05/2025 22:08

@Peonies94
sorry to hear that hun
its devastating when the docs give bad news
we’re gonna try and do up to 3 cycles in the hopes we get pregnant but with only 2 follicles looks slim but we need to try
hope you do what’s best for you
keeping everything crossed for both of us / and anyone else out there x

@Nic8989 yes awful finding out the news!thank you! Good luck to you too! I think having a number of cycles in mind is really good too, as you know when to give up! Only one follicle here too and lots of clinics aren’t happy to go ahead with cycles based on the low results! Best of luck to you!

Nic8989 · 09/05/2025 19:58

@Peonies94
keep me updated with how you get on 💪🏻🫶🏻

I’ve just started (day 1 today) at TFP Boston place. They have been so responsive and got me booked on for appointments even when they didn’t have availability and they have been great so far. I also have low AMH and 4 follicles and very thin lining so I will keep you posted

Nic8989 · 11/05/2025 17:29

@Iggilypiggily
wishing you lots of luck 💪🏻
keep me updated
I’m waiting on trying letrozole to see if I grow any more follicles
ment to take on day 2 of my cycle
but on day 43 atm - never been this late think because I’m now taking so many new vitamins I should be rattling 🤣

Thank you @Nic8989! same to you. Keep me posted!

I am just reading about my medication and it seems I’m on the strongest dose which makes me very concerned now about side effects as I’m sure I’m likely to be feeling rotten!

Nic8989 · 11/05/2025 19:10

@Iggilypiggily
Hope the side effects won’t be too bad
we’ve got our consultation with the ivf clinic in just over 2 weeks
so will know a bit more then
think the plan is after our July hol start everything x

I do recommend Concept in Wandsworth, I also have a very low AMH for my age and they put me on a long protocol due to this, which gave a much better outcome than expected. We froze all of our embryos as not in a position to start a family yet. They're very friendly and knowledgeable, and from what I've seen have some of the lower prices compared to other clinics.

Peonies94 · 01/06/2025 22:31

@freezingmytoesoff what was your Amh if you don’t mind me asking? I’ve been told that ivf isn’t an option based off of my results. Had two scans and one showed one follicle the second showed 2.

@Peonies94 4, I’m 30 just for further info.

Iggilypiggily · 01/06/2025 23:35

@Peonies94 mine was 3.1 and I had two eggs in each ovary. But I got 14 follicles and 5 eggs. Perhaps try a different clinic? My drs did say that that it wasn’t impossible and that I could have good outcomes. They were clearly wrong based on my experience but still! I did get more eggs that I originally thought and I am going to try again.

Peonies94 · 02/06/2025 23:30

@freezingmytoesoff @Iggilypiggily ahh okay, that makes sense! My amh was only 0.2 pmol so basically undetectable so that’s probably why the clinics I’ve spoken to have said it would be unlikely to work! I’m 31 so really young for it to be soo awfully low!
