How much activity / movement is ok after FET?

I’m mainly concerned for 2 things:

  1. no one told me to keep still after FET, so straight after the procedure I walked to the bathroom to pee and within 5 minutes was walking to the nearest McD to buy fries for good luck.
  2. I am a relatively active person and have a lifestyle that requires me to walk 10-15K per day. I can minimise that to let’s say 7-9K but still… some movement is inevitable. Even on the day of FET, today, as I’m solo looking after an active 3 year old and can’t just sit on the sofa all afternoon.

I had my transfer last week and they told me to use the bathroom straight after - who wouldn't with that full bladder. They also said I could keep to my usual activities, just to not over do it. Keep to lighter weights and shorter runs. I made the decision to just walk/hike rather than runs. Walking is very good, keeps the blood moving. If mine works, I'm going Switzerland in July for hiking, I didnt think that through 😂

My clinic said I could do all usual activities and there was no evidence to suggest anything would make a difference either way! Just about hot tubs or saunas I think... I didn't have hot baths but everything else I just carried on an usual

How are things going? I took at test 10dp5dt and got my first ever positive, however the line has only slightly got darker today at 13dp5dt so my clinic has asked to wait another 2 days. Really hoping this is not a chemical.
