IVF ANXIETY

Hello! I'm on day 2 of injecting after being on a week of microgynon. I feel SO on edge and anxious, not really to do with fertility but about everything else.. I have a one year old who's currently not well and crying about everything and a six year old.. I feel in a nervous wreck at the moment when I'm with them.

Anyone else had this? Is this normal?

Having heightened anxiety during ivf can happen and be normal because of the hormone supplements your taking, once they settle in to your system after a few days things should calm down but if they don't, please reach out to your clinic who can set you up with some counselling and talk to your gp. You might need a little calmative during the ivf process.

100% I had it with a medicated FET, sleep was the only escape from the anxiety, was awful! All stopped once I stopped the meds
