Initial fertility appointment coming up- what to expect?

Hello, I am due to have my NHS fertility appointment mid June after waiting over a year for it (!) and wondered what to expect? I have a horrible feeling the whole thing is going to be a waste of time and they are just going to fob us off so just looking for a bit of insight.

a bit of background…
. miscarriage in 2019
. Daughter born 2021
. Been trying for just over 2 years now
. told after a scan that I have adenomyosis
. told that I am not ovulating after having 2 blood tests

I have already been told that we won’t qualify for IVF on the NHS which is fine but really hoping they allow me to try clomid 🤞🏻

I hope you'll be offered clomid or letrozole too if tests have shown you're not ovulating. 🤞

There's a good podcast on Don't Tell Me To Relax about medicated cycled with letrozole through Play Your Baby. Might be worth a listen first to go in clued up on how that works and push for it.
