IVF protocol - should I change?

Hi all, hoping to get some advice from UK IVF-ers.

I am doing IVF for PGTM reasons so have never tried to conceive naturally. I got married at 37 so quite late to the game! We did our first ER aged 38 on 225 Pergoveris and had good results - 4 euploids but 2 carried my genetic condition.

1 transfer ended in a chemical.

We went back to ER - I'm now.

Second ER we went up to 300 Pergoveris and got really poor quality blasts with 0 euploids. I did duo stim so started again 5 days later. This was back on the 225 Pergoveris but with HCG trigger. This time we got better grades and 1 euploid which I was super happy with.

I'm now wondering, do we do another round on 225 or do we try another drug? I keep reading about gonal-f, menopur and omnitrope, and priming with Lupron.

I'd love to get some advice as we are doing this privately I can't afford many more rounds!

Thank you so much
