Stim dosage for last round?!

Hi all,
I know no one can say for sure, but just looking for some experiences of dosage differences for people with low ovarian reserve (I’m 41).

About to start my last ICSI round, and just had review appt. My last round went badly with no blasts. Dosages tried so far:
Round 1: 1: short protocol 300iu Ovaleap, 8 eggs, 1 blast transferred but BFN :’(
Round 2: long protocol 375 Meriofert, 7 eggs, 1 blast 5bb frozen
Round 3: short protocol 450iu Ovaleap, 5 eggs, no blasts

The suggestion this time is to try 375iu Ovaleap which I think I’m ok with, but have this niggling thought that I should go low again and back to 300iu. 450 seemed too strong for me, but I do remember 300 was a slow response, so maybe 375 will be fine, but I can’t help worrying it will also be too high. 😩

Hi @LimeBird I have just had unexpected euploid success from my third round (2 euploid out of 4 sent for testing) after getting zero blasts first round and one aneuploid second round.

A luteal phase start is what made a difference for me in case that's something to consider. My follicles grew as more of a cohort so I ended up with more mature, more fertilised and consequently more blasts.

My FSH/LH med was Pergoveris.

Hi @sirensong nice to hear from you, thanks for replying! That’s great news about the euploids, what does a luteal start mean/entail? I ended up agreeing to 375iu but with testosterone gel to start on Day 1.

Sorry for delayed reply btw, currently trying to sort out a nightmare as my clinic sent me a prescription for the wrong meds! Luckily I spotted before paying but now they’re saying they need to wait for the doctor who wrote the prescription who only works Fridays, and my period is due early next week (or earlier)! Not sure if it matters if I don’t start the testosterone gel bang on Day 1 😭
