That really. Any other tips for a successful round? I’m having one last go and I’m done.

I cut back to like 1-2 small drinks a week pre egg collection, I'd been trying not to drink or much for ages when TTC but was stricter once we decided to do IVF. Otherwise I haven't felt like it's really going to make that much difference in the grand scheme of things! I asked my Dr before we started on stims and he was like, unless you're drinking a bottle of wine every day, it's fine, but I wanted to be as healthy as possible. Ditto in the TWW but right now life feels quite shit, and a wine cheers me up!

I’m the same. This ivf Journey is such a stress and it’s nice to have a little drink to relax. I was thinking of going t-total for 3 months before my final round but I have 2 holidays in that time frame xx

Yeah I think enjoying yourself on holiday is probably better overall! It's so hard to try and do everything right all the time and you've got to live a little (within reason, I guess getting the shots in daily might not be the best idea, but a few wines here and there!)

We don’t drink at all at home but we did have the occasional drink if we were out/with friends or whatever. No big party nights out though and we don’t drink after work or anything so it was very limited.
If you want a drink on holiday, have one! This fertility stuff is hard enough enjoy yourself where you can.

I stopped drinking on Boxing Day and had egg collection on 28th Jan. I started down regulation on 27th December and did a sober NYE which was dull (and hard to hide) but there are some good alcohol free options out there now.

recently discovered Thatchers 0% cider which will be great for summer.
