Brutally honest opinions please - 11dpt negative test

Test day is this Thursday- 14dpt
I kept reading that normally you get a positive from 9dpt. I ordered some tests from amazon thinking I'll keep them for test day. I got a bit overexcited and tested as soon as they arrived, although it had been less than 1hr since I last went to the toilet. Anyway I had enough urine to do the test.
It came back negative and it was one of those 6 days early tests... Today is 11 days post FET (it was a fully hatched 5 day euploid embryo).
Now I oscilate between being sad and accepting it hasn't worked and having a glimmer of hope that maybe because I didn't use FMU, the result might be innacurate.
I also started antibiotics yesterday for suspected lyme disease. Initially they thought it's just an infected insect bite, but since Sat the rash got much worse so I was put on 21 days of amoxicilin.

I have one more euploid embryo but that's a day 6. Both were 5BB grade. Feeling quite sad but also a bit numb. This whole process has been a lot! After spending about £40k we ended up with only 2 euploid embryo and by the looks of it the first one failed to implant. One more chance and that's it for us.

I guess I'll know for sure soon enough but I hate holding on to false hope.

Be honest with me please, it's unlikely a negative on 11dpt could turn positive later on, right?
