Transferred a 4AA embryo on Monday after four cycles trying to make viable embryos! I know it’s very unlikely to stick first time but the wait is killing me! Any tips for surviving these two weeks?!

Good luck with your embryo transfer, my best advice is to keep busy, laugh and relax, try not to google and read into everything symptom, I had positives when I have had no symptoms and positives with loads of symptoms!

Agree with @Coco86 don't google symptoms, early symptoms can be from the ivf medications and progesterone so they will only keep you guessing and frustrated you if the symptoms Start to ease off or fluctuate. In my 2ww I like to read alot, I watch YouTube videos on others 2ww or ivf journey, i also watch lots of documenteries. My younger kids keep me busy throughout the day most days. I also do lots of early nights so it doesn't feel as though my day drags on. Lots of outside time in the sun, hang out with the animals, go out for brekky or go out to lunch, hang out at the library, meet up with friends, go out with the kids. I try to do stay busy so I dont think about having to test all the time or go through the highs and lows of whether it worked or not, I try not to dwell on it and just get on with things.

I’m 10 days into my TWW and share your frustration. It’s the mental battle more than anything.

i don’t know if symptoms are real or not either!!

Trying to stay busy and hold out until Wednesday. Sending baby dust your way!
