FET following loss

TW: loss

Finding it difficult to be positive or optimistic about the FET process we've just started after we lost twins at 8w last year (embryo split). Started my meds yesterday and feeling really flat and worried this is all going to go wrong again, even though we have a beautiful two year old from our first round in 2022. Any tips from anyone trying again would be very welcome. Love and luck to all.

I completely understand your feeling and I want you to know that these feelings are normal. When we were ttc for our now 14mth old daughter our FET before her was successful but unfortunately things didn't go to place and we lost that pregnancy at 4months, we gave birth to a boy and after we had him I thought I'd never try again, but with some encouragement 3 or 4 months later we had another FET and that was successful but the whole process was extremely anxiety ridden and I waited for something to go wrong but she was here in no time. We also tried to have a FET in November of 2024 with our last embryo and unfortunately that was an early miscarriage, but with alot of debating and back and forth we decided to do a new round of ivf and before it has even begun I'm thinking about all the things that can go wrong. My advice i give to myself is not to jump ahead with the process. Deal with what's in front of me today and don't think about anything else.
