Clots/Tissue/Menorrhagia????

Hoping someone has experience. I'll add photos so I'll warn you all now.
Long history of overactive pituitary gland, high prolactin levels, on Cabergoline to return normal cycle (years of no periods and or sporadic).
7 weeks ago started bleed very heavily with clots, never had clots before. Nearly 4 weeks non stop and was put on Norethisterone for 10 days. Told at the end of the 10 days a normal period would resume.
Day after stopping and period came back 10x worse. Gushing, flooding, clots etc.
Ended up in a&e. Put on Tranexamic Acid and Norethisterone again with gynaecology appointment in a few days.
Today I've had such sharp pain down below. Passes a clot that looks really different. Usually very jelly like and wet. This one was tube like with tiny holes in it. Can't find anything like it online.
Is it menorrhagia? Is that normal? Endometriosis? Perimenopause. I'm all over the place. Anyone had anything like this?

I'm not sure what that clot could be but doesn't seem right at all. I would be going back to specialist to work out what could be going on. Bleeding and clotting that long surely can't be good for your body, iron levels and overall health. Sorry your going through this.

I'm seeing gynaecology on Wednesday. So annoying not knowing what's going on, your mind runs away with you. Hopefully I'll have some answers soon. I've researched ( a lot) and menorrhagia is pretty common with some people bleeding for months at a time. My bloods didn't show anemia or low iron which was surprising...very random change.

I hope you can workout what's going on.
