Double LH Surge

Hi,
My partner and I have been TTC for 2 years. I was diagnosed with PCOS in November and have started taking vitamins to regulate my hormones. It seems to be working as I had high LH on an IC OPK on 28/02. On 01/03 I had normal ov symptoms (for the first time in 2 years) like EWCM sorry if that’s TMI and my sex drive was through the roof.
ive been testing LH ever since because I know women with PCOS often have multiple surges. I have now had a peak with test line darker than control line. I am so confused tbh is this normal? Did I not ovulate? I don’t track BBT because I am rubbish at remembering to check it lol but I am going to try this again next cycle if I don’t conceive this time round. I thought I was 6 DPO today and now I have no clue.

Hi OP, not sure about double ovulation, and I don’t want to raise any hopes so take this with a pinch of salt, but have you taken a pregnancy test? Ovulation tests can pick up HCG.

Hi @Zypig thanks for responding. I haven’t tested for pregnancy yet because I think I’m 6 dpo which would be too early to pick up HCG. I’ll test in the morning though and keep my fingers crossed lol! It’s so bizarre. I wanted to test again on 28th Feb but I was on a trip and it wasn’t the time or place but I think it would have been a lot darker had I tested again.
I think it’s PCOS messing with me. Someone said that LH sometimes isn’t high enough to trigger ovulation so your body tries again a few days later. I wish all of this was easier 😂 xx
