Yes, I’m with you. Waiting to start our first round of IVF after 4 years TTC, today had another friend announce their pregnancy.
I can’t even describe the sadness and anger that I feel and it’s horrible.

Here with you. TTC for almost 3 years, unexplained infertility (or just they didnt search enough), 1 ivf, 2 transfers resulted in chemical pregnancies.
This absolutely fucking sucks.

Yes here with you too. 4 years TTC and 2 mmc 💔 it’s tough and lonely. Some days you feel like your emotions are making you go crazy.
My friend just announced her pregnancy for her 2nd baby. I should have had 2 babies by now.
We are waiting for IVF to start in the next few
months. Sending baby dust to you all 💐

I’m waiting for my next period to start, should be the end of this month but my cycles are irregular so who knows! We’re doing a short protocol but because of my PCOS and AMH/follicle count my clinic will only do frozen transfers so I’ll have to wait another month after egg collection.

I have mixed feelings about it, I want to just get on with it now but also go through phases of being angry and upset that this is our journey.

I haven’t had any counselling but it has been offered. I can’t decide if it would be helpful at this stage or not… have you had any counselling?

Feeling really lonely and isolated at the moment, and just incredibly fed up. I'm really feeling like it's never going to happen for us and rather than continuing to struggle on I should admit defeat and try to regain some sort of life for myself that isn't just about fertility and all the resulting sadness

Are you focusing on date days / quality time ?.
( date days where theres a no mention of infertility etc )

Have you had any counselling ?

Are you doing mindful / relaxing things?
Ive joined a writing course - and its helped me to relax / be mindful for that 90 mins each week at least

I could have written that myself! I had 2 rounds of IVFs, both ended in MMC, and I am currently just waiting for the miscarriage to happen.

I am just so so fed up, how do we continue living normally when we have bad news after bad news. Honestly IVF has changed me as a person, and for the worst. I just miss the carefree person I was before all of this!
