Unexplained Secondary infertility failed ivf

Hi

I have secondary infertility. My son is almost six and I have not had a single positive pregnancy test since his. I have had two rounds of ivf and 5 embryos have been transferred. I’m currently 5dp5dt with twin euploid embryos and I am worried they haven’t stuck.

im 33. AMH 11, HSG normal and bloods normal other than slightly raised prolactin which has come down with bromocriptine. I’m taking 10mg pred and clexane injections. Cyclogest three times daily and the estrogen tablets. Also folic acid

we’ve also done about 13 letrozole cycles with triggers.

getting pregnant the first time was a breeze and I had an unplanned teen pregnancy (miscarried)
it feels like my body is rejecting everything now

has anyone been in the same boat?

I think my next steps if these don’t stick are hysteroscopy. I also haven’t done ERA ALICE.
