just looking for a bit of hope really. In the last two years my husbands sperm count has dropped from 146 million pre wash to 3 million post wash. Motility is about 67% with 10% morphology. They were quite shocked with the decline in dh sperm count over the last two years. This info was given to us just as we were in theatre having IUI so came out extremely deflated! We were originally just unexplained infertility.
has anyone had any success doing IUI with 3 million sperm count? 🙏🏽
I did letrozole CD2-6 follicle measured 17mm on day 10 and trigger shot on day 11, IUI on day 12 followed by two progesterone pessaries a day.
