For my 1st round egg collection it was in person, the second was on a zoom call so she could show me the mixing of the meds. I didn't find that any less helpful tbh and it saved travel time so was happy to do it that way but push for in person if you'd rather that!

Mine was zoom, I was sent videos on how to administer the injections x

Mine was in person as they took bloods and did my BMI etc. They showed us how to administer injections and gave some instructions too. It was about 6 weeks before we had to do any of that though so we just watched some YouTube videos closer to the time and the clinic also sent us some stuff to watch which was helpful.

Hi OP,

It depends what you mean by planning meeting, if it’s essentially the booking meeting where they check your dates and ensure all the tests and protocol is in order and check you have/ordered your meds, then that’s always been over the phone or zoom for me (x5 private and x3 NHS rounds). Then I’ve had an in person meeting at my baseline scan.

There’s really no need for the booking meeting to be in person.
