Strange bleeding after failed ivf

Hello, just looking for other's experience to gauge if this is normal. Synopsis is one failed ivf June/july, spontaneous pregnancy in the following cycle then miscarried at 10 weeks, one cycle between then ivf again, again failed. Maximum drug protocol.

First cycle since that second round, and I thought i had implantation bleeding (too hopeful) around 6dpo. But three days later it's slightly heavier (brown rather than pink) and a couple of clots over the next two days. But like.. no actual blood? No ramping up. I've never had a period like this, but when I wrote that synopsis above I'm wondering if my body is just very unbalanced at the moment. I had mild cramping from 5-8 dpo but nothing since.

Does anyone have any experience?
I kind of really dislike my gp (who suggested I adopt when I first told her my fertility struggles) so I don't like going to them for this stuff. And I'm probably in the bin at my nhs clinic as I only made one egg. So don't really know who to ask but people with similar experience.

Thanks for reading

Hi @Nosejug, sorry you are going through this, I can relate :(
Definitely call your fertility clinic and ask for advice, maybe they could do a scan etc for some old clots from mc or last cycle.
Don't worry if they put you in the bin, doesn't matter how many eggs you produced, it is their job to advise.
Also it could be early pregnancy and clots from implantation, you could do early sensitive test once you are 12dpo.
All the best and hope you soon get reassurance

And don't even think about stupid comment from your GP! Adoption is actually the most complicated process and it is not a healing of infertility or only for women struggling with infertility! That GP also could adopt

Thanks so much for your thoughts @FlatWhiteAnyone . Hopefully I'll get an answer soon. I just want my body to reset if that's what's going on. Might try my clinic thankyou :)
