5CC embryo

Has anyone had any success with a 5CC embryo? I have a 3AB and a 5CC frozen. I read somewhere doing a double with a lower grade wasn't great either.

Be interested in the answer to this as we have a 5CB - fingers crossed. I've read it's all about how they look rather than whether they will work or not

@LilyPoppet1 hopefully as they have been frozen. I just saw something online which said it was poor. I would transfer everything but it's just so expensive.

Hopefully someone will comment on their experiences with grade c embryo.

As long as it euploid it doesn't matter how "pretty " the embryo is
I have bad egg quality, grainy eggs no resistance only ever made grades with C but am currently 13 weeks pregnant, I searched alot on grade C too and plenty of women had success with what would be considered low grade embryos

@Clocloxx thanks for your response and congratulations.
I've not had them tasted due to the cost but that's good to know. It gives me hope.

Only had two embryos, graded 5cb and 3cc so did double transfer and he's currently 7 months old

@VioIetMoon that sounds promising. Thank you

Grading is nothing but a beauty contest. High graded embryos can still be genetically abnormal or fail to Implant and in my case, and so many other women with low grade embryos they can result in pregnancy.

I think what matters most is if the embryo is normal , although without testing you wouldn't know that. We didn't test ours and endometrial receptivity
I wouldn't hesitate again to transfer lower grade embryos. We were told it was unlikely to be successful and we'd probably need "2 or 3 rounds " to give us a shot but worked first round
